| Q: Who will I talk to when I call? What can I expect?

| A: The lovely Joanna! She'll ask some basic questions about your wedding plans and ideas, and set up a time to meet to discuss options. She can also provide estimates over the phone. Don't worry if you aren't sure what kind of design you might want for your wedding -- we're here to help.

| Q: Who will be responding when I email?

| A: The lovely Joanna, once again! She'll have some basic questions about your wedding plans and will set up a time to meet with you regarding your options, just like over the phone. You'll normally get a response back from email within 24 hours.

| Q: So does Kris actually ever talk to anyone?

| A: We're working on that.
